Join me for a fun and creative day, learning how to design and fabricate your own sustainably designed jewellery from recycled anodised wire.
You will learn how to manipulate recycled wire to make 2 - 3 finished pieces.
Master my signature Meekz “Wrapped Up’ weaving style to design your own free form pieces or follow some examples provided.
Have some recycled, reused or repurposed metal, beads, stones or old jewellery that you would like to incorporate in your design then bring it along and we can see if is possible.
You will receive 2 x 5m rolls of anodised wire of your colour choice.
You will be shown 2 weaving techniques, creating a necklace or earrings and 1 other item of choice. A third item of choice might be possible if time allows.
This workshop will run for 3 hours in which you will have the option of making between two or three pieces.
